Hello. My name is Karen Thompson and I am passionate about the power of coaching and what it can give you.
Over my 20+ years legal career (as a senior In-House Lawyer and Leader) I have grown to recognise the value of an open coaching environment. There is a transformational energy that comes from powerful conversations and the ‘in the moment thinking times’ that can change our outlook and unlock action.
We reach out to our dreams and new doors open for us, both in terms of who we are as people and how we want to progress our careers and lives.

My approach works for you if you are open to the value of exploring how you feel and what you want to change. Can you prepare to change your thoughts and actions? Do you want to take action?
In terms of coaching in an organizational setting, the one-to-one coaching sessions can also be blended with facilitated team meetings and/or leadership sessions, led either by myself or in conjunction with fellow specialists.
I am a believer in the Thinking Environment where every team participant gets a turn to speak, there is respect and active listening in terms of meeting participation, and the overarching focus is on the positive.
I sincerely believe that safer and happier employees make more emancipated productive and innovative team members. Switching the happiness factor up can bring truly unexpected and significant improvements not just to your working day and your team, but your business results. This is needed whether your teams are remote, hybrid, on site or blended.
My sessions and/or interventions can be online, F2F or hybrid.
